What exactly am I?

A follow-up to my last drawing, only this time I also have an elbow pad since my right elbow has been hurting for some time. Again Ami comforts me as I cry tears of pain. This was actually the first drawing I even made in Koh-i-noor Progresso woodless colored pencils and, while I cannot say I would replace my Prismacolor Premiers with them, I will say they are excellent and soft.
