So, hand remaining exposed but the rest still in suit? Yeah, injurious, and painful as heck, ultimately survivable. I'd be more worried about what caused the breach and the short-duration life support pack. If she's got a beacon, now's the time to pop it. Also, if the breach is wide enough that she's through it, she only needs to hold on for a second or so, then the compartment will be in vacuum and she'll be free to maneuver. Suit looks decent, so as long as she can slow the leak, she may have between three and five minutes even if she's losing air. My only question would be how good she is at air management at that point, and if the comms are functioning on the helmet. Scary, harrowing, but with proper training survivable. She's got suit discipline, so the training'll be there.
