Shortly after I received my suit in the mail, I was having some problems with the airbrushed stripes on the head and it leaving grey streaks after brushing him. I quickly notified Joe and he told me to send it back to him. He fixed it promptly, replacing the airbrushed stripes with some thicker, sewn in ones. With less than a week until AC, he made time in his busy schedule to fix up my fursuit to have him all ready for the con and is going to overnight him back to me...free of additional charge, so that I can leave on time. What a fantastic maker...he truly stands by his work and does such a superb job, even AFTER the commission is complete. I couldn't ask for better customer service from a private suitmaker. Thank you Joe. You ROCK!
