31/01/2021. Last day of the daily art, and I feel like I've improved a lot from when I started on January 1st. The lighting and shading tutorial stream I've been watching was a ton of help, as was experimenting with different techniques like using coloured gradients over my characters to set the tone.

While it's a shame I couldn't keep up drawing every day, it seems better to do it this way than to burn myself out. Art is supposed to be fun after al, and I'm sure I'll still be uploading frequently as I still draw a lot, I just don't want to be tied to doing it on a strict schedule because it starts to feel more like an obligation than a good habit.
