It Werfs Nebel! The 21cm Nebelwerfer 42 was a MLRS used by the Wehrmacht in WWII to launch smoke (and later) HE rockets. There not to really say that hasnt been said before about this weapon system, however it is notable to say that the original design of the weapon was to launch smoke amd cover and conceal troops by the smoke trooper batteries which were a special branch of the german artillery. Compared to other rocket systems the 21cm Nebelwerfer (or more so its ammo) made a very distinctive WOOSH which if you have heard is almost a screaming much like the Ju87 Stuka's siren.
