Some phetching pheasant from medic.mccloud34 !
******************************
Ingredients: whole pheasant, blue potatoes (i grew them out of the garden) carrots, parsley, basil leaves, cinimon, mustard, sugar, salt, seasoning salt, grounded chicken, and ground ginger.
Steps:
Mix in 1 tablespoon of salt along with 1 pinch of sugar, 2 tablespoons of cinimon, 1 tablespoon of ground chicken, 3 pinches of ground cumin, and 2 teaspoons of mustard. Make sure these are in a container or bowl, these will be your rub as soon as you mix them.
After mixing, place the pheasant on a glass plate and begin to rub the rub onto the bird and make sure to rub the back, legs, and wings! After that, place it in a fridge for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes, carefully place it on a cooking sheet with aluminum foil and befor you pop it in the oven for 500 degrees, add dashes and dashes of pepper!
Set the oven to 500 and place the bird inside. While it cooks, get a large pot, fill it with water half way and place in blue and red potatoes and carrots. Let them boil on a low heat rate (this allows you to let them stay warm once the peasant comes out). Once the bird is nice and tan or brown, place it on a decorative tray add pinches of parsley and basil leaves outside the bird.
Take out the carrots and potatoes and let them cool, then get a pair of gloves to stuff them into the pheasant. After stuffing them in, your finished.
