First person perspective transformation, from human (male or female based on your mind) to a eastern dragon statue (male or female too).
I'm not into permanent things but it looks interesting, so I made this just for fun.

You are walking in a touristic city you found after searching for a good place to travel, your plans were to travel to that touristic city to visit some places, buy some souvenirs and other artifacts as a gift when you return from your trip.
Walking down the street in a busy center, you find a Chinese dragon statue for sale at a very cheap price, when looking at the store's salesman he says “Welcome to my gift shop, this statue you are looking, I can make for you just $20, wanna take it? ”. Without hesitating, you decide to buy it, since it would be the perfect object to decorate the big table that you bought a while ago to put in your living room, so you say yes and you buy it so you can continue your tour around, in the meantime you look closely at it, it was written under the statue "Whoever breaks will replace for eternity", although strange, you didn't care much and continued your days getting to know the city and have fun.
After this long journey, you return home eager to put on display your new statue you had purchased, so you take the statue out of your travel bag and start walking on the sidewalk to your home while looking at it, after a while almost reaching your house, you end up stumbling on a edge and then the statue slipped off your hands falling to the ground and breaking into dozens of pieces, there wasn’t even a second to try to hold it, now it’s all in pieces on the floor. You look sad for having broken one of the only souvenirs you bought during your trip, which by the way was the most special for you since you loved dragons, but accidents always happens, so you took the broom and cleaned the pieces that had spread at the entrance to your house and took it to the trashcan.
Minutes passed and suddenly a strange sensation appeared, unable to understand what it was happening in the beginning, you continue to do your homework normally, but in a few minutes this sensation started to get stronger by every minute, it was like a sensation of tiredness and weight.. Shortly afterwards you notice your hands changing to a greenish hue, after a while your feet, and finally the whole body, there was certainly something very wrong. The changes were too fast, in less than five minutes everything was already changing, your hands had now become paws with four claws, and in your feet the same thing happened, but instead four it had three claws, you feel your body growing and in a few minutes it was already possible to recognize the changes, you were becoming a dragon, exactly like the dragon from the statue you broke, you had green colors and an orange belly. At that point it was no longer possible to distinguish between a human and a dragon, you had almost become a dragon completely, only the face remained, and shortly afterwards your nose started to become a muzzle over the mouth that was now long like a crocodile, and soon after that, some more final changes, such as the dragon horns appearing and your head and your eyes were now at the side of your head, exactly like lizards and other reptiles, giving to your eyes a complete view of your entire body without having to turn your head.
The changes were so fast, in around ten minutes all of this this happened, and now when everything seemed to be finished, you decide to look for help, but when trying to walk you feel heavy and exhausted, basically in a few seconds, walking had become a difficult task, and unfortunately you couldn't even get out of the room and into the kitchen, where you had left your phone.
Unable to move, you at least try to lie down, but realize that your paws have now paralyzed, both the front and the back, in a quadrupedal position, you couldn't even get down. Suddenly your paws started to change to a gray tone, with a strange sound that couldn’t be described, suddenly that color became like a texture, exactly like stone, but with a slightly lighter tone, at this point you clearly had noticed what it was happening, you were becoming stone, you were replacing the statue you broke a few minutes ago. Knowing this you started to panic and tried to do everything, to move your claws, run or do anything, but nothing worked, every second you could feel your movements being reduced less and less to a point where everything stopped responding your commands and doing anything became impossible, then it reached the neck, and second by second it went up to the head, the horns and finally covering the eyes and the end of your snout, turning your vision a bit gray, but you could still see everything colorful as normal, just slightly gray. Unfortunately there was no time to react to this transformation, here in the middle of the house instead being a normal person, now there was a dragon statue with the size of over a meter and half in length, it was like you you became a statue the size of yourself as a person instead the size of the one you broke, now you were stuck in the center of the living room of your house, unable to move. You tried to do everything inside, scream, roar, move, breathe, everything... but the only things you could actually do was look around and think, but thanks to your peripheral vision it was possible to see everything around you and even the tip of your tail, meanwhile you were less desperate, you started to feel a pleasant feeling of relief, it was as if being paralyzed, doing nothing, was the solution to all the stress of everyday life and your daily problems, the feeling was really incredible, but you didn't know if you had to panic or be calm at the same time. Having nothing to do, you then remained there, after many useless attempts to move or call for help, you kept waiting for someone to enter your house and find yourself like this and then help you, but you were left waiting for weeks, thankfully being a statue like this, the time passed extremely fast, it was like hours turned to minutes and days turned to a few hours.
A month had passed and due to the silence, someone must have called the police to see your house, also because the door to the living room was open since the day this happened to you, then they entered normally, and before they started looking for things, the police started calling around asking if there was anyone at home. With an immense desire to answer, inside it was like you were screaming, but outside nothing was actually happening. The cops started to scan the room, and suddenly they saw you, a dragon statue in the middle of the room, they observed you and were kinda impressed, it was like someone made a beautiful statue and left in the middle of that house, you had a feeling they would discover what happened, but after looking at you, even touching, they couldn’t see anything wrong here, since your eyes were covered in stone, it was impossible to see inside, also it looked everything as normal, you were cold like a statue is and nothing different from other statues, now it was just a abandoned house with a statue left in the middle of the room, without understanding what happened, they investigated the house but after some days they simply came and confirmed that the house had been abandoned. After a few more months there, they put the house for sale, by that point a year had passed since the transformation, you could feel all parts of your body as well as it was on the first day, but after all this time you he didn't even remember what it was like to walk and do the basic things of the day, but you were always calm and had a feeling of pleasure and tranquility in the back of your mind.
Shortly thereafter, the house that was once yours had now been sold to someone else due to no response from you or someone responsible for it, so all the furniture you had would be removed from the property, after being sold they came and started removing everything, including you, but of course they wouldnt throw away a statue like this with all the furniture, that incredible dragon statue had been left to be admired, after listening to the conversation of those responsible for buying of your house, an agreement had been confirmed that the oriental dragon statue of you would be taken to the most popular museum in the city, since was not known who “made” it, also it is a large and perfectly sculpted piece of work so it would be the best choice, so they took you, put you over a small pad with wheels and started to bring you to a truck, two guys had to lifted you to the truck, and then after some time they put you inside the truck and then went to the museum. After a few days in pure darkness, you were carefully removed from the truck and they took from your head a dark cloth that protected you from dust and damage, now you were in a small room with some people around you, they were searching for any information about you, after that, the only thing you could hear in the conversation is that you would be exposed without an author, like an unknown artist. You listened about the information they sent to the data files where contained all the statues information, a big eastern dragon statue weighing around a ton, being polished stone. Meanwhile at the same time you heard this your mind was not able to process if it was something good or bad to be displayed for everyone to look, you were just normal, looking at your sides and seeing that place, the warm touch of the people felt extremely satisfying since you were cold all time, but shortly afterwards your vision returned in total darkness. A few days later, you were again seeing the light and the place around you, it was a big hall, full of statues of all kinds, dragons, animals, mythical creatures and other ones, you were surprised by the place and felt a sense of satisfaction in knowing that there you would be seen during all day and you were always with your other statue friends placed next to you, a day later the visitors started coming to visit the sculptures and statues section, they were taking photos, presenting stuff, and everything else. You just felt an incredible feeling, you also though if they would find out about you being a statue and being a mind trapped inside it, but no one had even stopped to think since you were exactly like the other statues in the museum, nothing different.

After a month, you became the most popular statue of that museum, which also was the most popular museum in the world. From now on you already knew that your eternity would be like this, being exhibited in museums for everyone to admire, only two things could say about your end it’s the time, or being broken, maybe if someone who can sense magic can notice but that is also very hard, you know the chance of being human is very small, but not impossible, also statues can last for thousands of years so you have plenty of time to enjoy yourself.

Fortunately the days passed in a matter of seconds at this point, all you knew now was that there would be many stories ahead of you, for now you had all pleasure by being touched by the warm hands of the people and listening they talking, explaining about you and being surprised by your look, people took photos of you, they hug you and did everything that always made your day extremely satisfying, not even knowing that inside that statue had a human before, but for you, after years like that, being a human became a nightmare, you were happy being this, no problems to solve, not having to move and do human stuff, just stand still here, your mind just changed itself to live a new life and forget your old one, if you tried to focus you could remember something, but that was not relevant anymore. At the end being a statue was not bad, your life from now will be like this and only the time will determinate your end.
