i had a mental image and needed to draw it, he's more a backstory element than a full character so he probably won't show up again outside of maybe shitposts
(the choker is an artifact gift from his lunar spouserival, made of orichalcum with thin layers of blue jade and moonsilver as decoration; i don't know what it would have done, though.)
