So occasionally I like to cook and I decided to make dinner last night. I made some substitutions for the recipe(like buying the diced tomatoes with the onions already in it but everything else is the same).
Ingredients
1 can(16oz) Bush's Garbanzo Beans, drained and rinsed
1 medium onion
4 large Italian sausages
1 can(14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with Italian Herbs(or other Mediterranean flavors)
3/4 cup red wine or water, I used Beringer's Cabernet Sauvignon wine
Directions
1. Peel and slice onion in half and then into strips. Set aside. Brown the sausage in a medium size frying pan.
2. Add tomatoes, beans, onion and water/ red wine.
3. Simmer over medium heat 12-15 minutes or until sausage is cooked and sauce is beginning to thicken.
4. Serve immediately. Good served alone or with a tossed salad.

I personally ate it alone and cut the sausage up afterwards because the thought of whole sausages in the dish just kind of takes away from it
