Now Borealis is friends with
crizbn and as such its not too much of a stretch to assume that he learned a few tricks from the mischievous mew like the wonders of hoop tfs! looks like Sovereign was somehow tricked into stepping into one, (now thats the amazing part tbh,) but after sliding it on a good amount of the way looks like the extra hefty goodra form that was popping out the other side was alot bigger then was expected and even the goo from his new goodra form isnt enough to get the hoop to move. Well at least until they fix this Borealis has something to snicker at and Sov's grumpy disposition is only making it funnier for the Dragonite
