“It’s late Vivi, get some sleep.” Mystery, in his kitsune form, said to her as she was sitting on the couch, reading a book. It was almost 12 in the morning with the kitsune trying to get his human pup to sleep. “You can read your book tomorrow.”

“Come on Mystery, just a few pages? Please?” She begs, looking up at him as he looks down in seriousness.

“Vivi, you really don’t want to argue with me. I have claws, teeth, a body which is bigger and taller than you, and tails. To me, I can just pick you up like a feather and sit on you until you decide to sleep.” He gets in her face, showing his teeth a little.

“Whoa, I don’t remember asking you to sit on me.” This got her attention as she stood up and closed her book. “If it makes you happy, I’ll go to bed.” Vivi puts the book on the coffee table and walks upstairs to her room while Mystery follows her just to make sure she actually goes to sleep. It does remind him of how Arthur would stay up like her and had to force his hand to carry his other human pup to his bed. Before Mystery could go to her room, Vivi glares at him before slamming the door. It was a sign that meant to let her change out her clothes. So the kitsune patiently waits for her to be done.

“If you’re just going to lock me out of here for the whole night, then I have no choice but to kick this door down.” Mystery warns her five minutes later when she doesn’t open the door for him.

“How about you go sleep in the living room you big mutt?” She talks back, making him roll his eyes and scoofs. Instead of sleeping in the living room, he stays in the hallway, laying down in front of her door where Vivi might trip on him when she wakes up. It wasn’t until a minute later that the light went off in her room and with a sigh of relief from the big fox. “Pups.” He mummers before closing his eyes.

[CRASH!]

Mystery jerks his up, waking up abrupting after his ears pick up the sound of a window breaking downstairs. It sounded like someone was trying to break into their house at 3 AM in the morning or as Mystery saw on the clock hanging up on the wall. His ears also pick up two men whispering to each other, something about stealing jewelry or any loose cash. This sounded like a job for Mystery, a guard kitsune who will do anything to protect his pup from danger. With a low growl, he slowly goes down the stairs, spying on the men ransacking the place. They were wearing all black with ski masks. It was a wonder why Vivi hadn't woken up yet. “Did you find anything?” One burglar whispered to the other.

“Not yet. Do you think the owner is home?” He asks, looking in the drawers.

“If so, let’s kill them.” Now this really made Mystery pissed. They were planning on killing Vivi after robbing the house. Again, it was his duty to protect his pup from these heartless men. So he goes back upstairs to think of a plan on how to deal with these guys. He could maybe scare them off, but of course could be exposed to the public if he does. Maybe biting their heads off could stop them from harming anything else, but it would be a mess and Vivi doesn’t want blood on her carpets. As he was thinking, his stomach growled in hunger.

“Not now belly.” he whispers to his thin belly, trying to shush it. Again it growls, but longer and louder. “I’ll get something to eat, just wa-” He stops himself from speaking after a lightbulb lights up in his head. As a kitsune who’s bigger than a human person, he can just eat the guys whole. It’ll be both a satisfying and a saving meal. Mystery gets this grin on his face before walking slowly downstairs to see where the men are at right now. He could see one heading to the basement while the other one went into the kitchen. Now that the burglars were separate, he puts his plan into action.

He starts at the one who went to the kitchen so he goes down the stairs into the living room and crouches down. Mystery slowly walks his way into the kitchen and sees him going through more drawers, leaving them open and making a mess. Vivi will thank him later after he eats these guys. When the man wasn’t looking at the doorway, Mystery does what he can do to get closer to him. Breathing down his back, he stands on his back legs, his head almost touching the ceiling. He uses one paw to muffle the man and the other to hold onto his torso and arms. His legs were kicking around, but useless against a strong gripped kitsune who’s maw was open and bending down onto his human’s head. After his head was in Mystery’s mouth, he acts like a bird and lifts him up into the air. He takes his time with his gulps, now onto his torso and arms. The man’s legs still kicked and were still useless. With a singular long gulp, the man goes all the way into his throat which stretches his collar, not breaking it, and into his belly which bulges out and squirms. “Ahhh, that was good.” He gives out a relaxed sigh and rubs his half full belly. He then waits for the other one to head up the stairs from the basement.

The second man walks up the stairs five minutes later, empty handed. “All of that junk is useless.” He complains. At the doorway, he looks around to find that his partner is nowhere to be found. “Hey, where are you? We need to go.” He whispers, trying to find him. The criminal goes into the kitchen to find how messy it was in there, but no sign of the other one. He then decides to go upstairs if he was planning to kill the owners in the house. He wasn’t sure what his partner was going to do but he needed to help him get rid of the evidence. He walks upstairs and into the hallway where he still can’t find his partner. On the right side of the hall was a door that says Vivi’s room. It sounded childish but now he knows which room she’s in. He stands right in front of the door, touching his hand on the knob before something behind him grabbed his shirt and pulled him into the bathroom, the door slamming.

Seconds later, Vivi opens her bedroom door. She looks around to see what has woke her up. “I hope Mystery isn’t doing one of his stupid pranks again.” And so she closes the door and heads back to sleep.

The bathroom door opens, revealing Mystery with even a bigger squirming belly and a satisfied expression on his face. He licks his lips and walks down the stairs into the living room where he lays on his back while rubbing his big full belly that was the size of a beanbag chair. “Mmmm, thank you for an amazing meal. You really satisfied me.” He starts teasing the men in his belly, muffling and screaming while pushing their hands onto the wall of his stomach. “Don’t even think about getting out of this one. You two are going to be my fat for tomorrow.” So he continues his moments and satisfaction of a big belly, huffing and groaning. “Vivi is going to owe me very well.” He says before closing his eyes for a good night rest for tomorrow.

“Mystery?” He wakes up to the sound of Vivi’s voice, in a tone that sounded like she was both concerned and confused. He moved his head towards her as he was laying on his side. His belly, now fat with thick limbs and neck. “Did you raid the kitchen again?” Vivi asks, accusing him for making that mess in the kitchen.

“Oh Vivi, you won’t believe the night I had while you were asleep.” He begins to exaggerate. “You see, they guys were trying to rob our house, and posibly going to murder you, so I-”

“Wait, some guys tried to rob our house?” This even brought more concern to her tone. “Did they steal anything?”

He lets out both a chuckle and a belch from his mouth. “Let’s just say that no criminal will be left alive in this house with me. If you also noticed…..” He presents his fat gut to her which jiggles and wobbles. He even puts his paw on it that feels soft and comfy to lay on.

“Oh boy, you really like eating bad guys, don’t you?” Vivi says, sitting down next to him to feel his belly.

“As much as I love protecting you my little pup.” He teases her, wrapping a tail around her waist.

“You really have to stop calling me a pup.” This makes Mystery laugh when Vivi talks about not wanting him to call her that.

“Nah, I’ll keep calling you my pup whenever I want.” He says, joking with her. “Now give me some belly rubs before you become my meal.” Vivi rolls her eyes at him before doing what he says. She puts both hands on his huge belly, rubbing them in a circular pattern as Mystery starts sighing in relaxation. “Oh yeah, that’s the stuff.” He then starts howling, making Vivi very annoyed. “Don’t stop those belly rubs.”

“Only if you’ll be my bed tonight.” She tries to make a deal with him.

“Oh definitely, I’ll even be bigger if you want.” Mystery agrees, his tails wagging out of control as Vivi keeps going with the belly rubs.

“Hmm, I do have some meals that I would like you to try.” Now that was something that Mystery will do for her. Maybe even be the biggest bed for her to sleep on. But for now, he’s going to enjoy those belly rubs before thinking about eating anymore bad guys he sees in the town that Vivi will bring him today.
