Looking northbound along the former SP right of way.
The track you see was laid by the Niles Canyon Railway volunteers, all SP track was removed by the SP.
You can see new, or new to the NCRy ties along the ROW. The NCRy has been working on this trackage a bit this year as they have been running a doodlebug on the north part of the line.
