Vulture Costume (concept/execution)

This is -really- something different, I think.
The second I decided that I would eventally make it to Burning Man, I envisioned going out there dressed as a vulture. The drawing in the upper left of this collage is among the first concepts I drew for my costume; I knew exactly how I wanted to make it, but drawing it was what helped me get a better grip on the process I'd use.
In the upper right is a picture of the head in-progress, before adding the lighter paint on top. The center frame is me in the finished costume at Burning Man, and the bottom two are me at Further Confusion 2005 in January. (If you were at FC and wondering who "that BIRD" was, why, that was me. :D)

Do the eyes light up, or is that just the camera catching reflection off of them?
*hugs*
If only it could make you fly.. ^^
Yeah, that's an awesome costume. I've been designig my own non-fursuit critter costume to wear to cons and junk. Yours is REALLY neat. I love it, you did a great job.
