This is Nor, a kobold inventor, who I made for a pathfinder 2e thing! They wield a mechanical crossbow they made called the Scalebuster.

Honestly I should've drawn them like how kobolds actually look in pathfinder 2e, but I didn't think about that until I was nearly done lmao
