And here's the finished version. As I said on the WIP, I wanted to take a short break from my normal time-consuming style and go back to something a little more basic. Although for line art and colouring I really did go back to basics, I used a very different method for shading/lighting than usual. It's results are...interesting.
Unfortunately as you can see some areas didn't get much shading at all as a result and for some reason I decided to this at a much larger size than I normally work at, so full view may be a bit...odd.

Yeah, I was going to finish that and I made progress with it but in the end doing all the shading and texturing for the muscles and such turned out to be a big pain and I ended up leaving it. Over time I kind of forgot about it >.<

But I've made it up to the good Captain hopefully with this art right? Sure it's not as cool looking or as original, but at least it's something. Be sure to tell me what you think about this style. Good, bad, does the shading/lighting totally suck? I want to know! XD
