Photoshop 'Just add water' brush for slow computers.
This is by no means perfect, and I just slapped it together because I used to hate trying to blend in Photoshop and have the thing lag up.
So if you know how to make brushes it should be pretty easy to see what I did here. You can use your own shape, I just am showing the one I used.
The number up in the left corner is how much strength I use. Obviously, all these can be adjusted. It makes a nice smoky edge. This brush needs a tablet to work to any justice.
If you give it a try lemme know what you think as far as quality vs speed.
I'll toss this in scraps later.
Edit: The shape dynamics is just a size/pen pressure standard thing.

Here's a quick example of it blending basic colors. It's not perfect, but a low-lag alternative for slower comps. :)

oh, ok, Guess I missunderstood what it was used for but the example cleared everything up, thanks.
I have my own technique for blending ( using the eyedropper tool a lot and one of the standard brushes ).
Never would have thought that blending like this could work, preatty ingenious.

Other Dynamics is good too for a faded transition. But both work just fine, it's how I do my painting these days :P Simple brush, but in the end it's all you need most of the time. other brushes just help speed up the process, which is a benefit in it's own.
Thanks for the heads up, I do love your work! :3
