Ghetsis, upon discovering the marvels of Dynamax, applied its power onto himself to make himself grow into a gargantuan size, dwarfing all horrified Trainers of Unova that bore witness to him. What goes on in his malevolent mind is to increase his power more and more to eventually become a god. An evil one at that.
