well the idea I have is that sideik or someone is walking through some woods, starting their pokemon journey and what-not :3 They hear a noise, so they turn and see the little eevee, hiding behind some shrubbery and eyeing them. They walk over to them and say hi to the little eevee. The eevee is scared though, so he hisses at them and backs up a little bit. They just smile and hold their hand out to the eevee, but he's still scared so he scratches their arm. This annoys them, and they start getting closer to the eevee. the eevee gets scared because they think the person is going to him them. the eevee closes his eyes and covers his face with his arms... but instead of getting hit the eevee gets hugged (d'awwwww it really was a nice person XD ). The person asks if the eevee would like to go with them, and he puts a necklace that has a pokeball on it around the eevee's neck. the eevee nods yes and hugs them, and then they walk off to start a journey :3
