A little something I got from Yubel on his Patreon back in December 2018. Another one of the many monthly raffle pictures I was lucky enough to win.
I wanted this one to be a still of a Charizard, just after having nommed up its tasty trainer now lying down flat on its back pinned under the weight of its own heavy gut. Relishing the strong invigorating movements of her trainer squirming about in her stomach. Drinking in the exotic sounds of sloshing and groans of stretched flesh and the ever shifting of mass within her. Her clawed hands wash over the domed surface, tenderly caressing the protruding bulges of her trainers limbs within her stomachs loving embrace.

I seem to recall Yubel stating that they did not have any Charizard models to work with be those from the video games or otherwise. So Yubel in his best efforts tried to modify a generic dragon model into looking as much like a Charizard as they could. Hence the Drag/Zard Hybrid look.
I gotta give them credit for effort. That's determination for your supporters right there. "Bravo!"
