This is a bit of an old one I got from a good friend of mine. Back when we were more active on FF14 he would basically always be healing and I, DPS'ing. It's great for me because it would drastically cut down how long I would sit in dungeon que. Eventually I *did* level a healer up, but back in those days I relied on Shiro a lot more. Now whenever we decide play FF14, we just flip a coin to see who heals or duo heal for raids/trials.
