Not, arguably, a picture of me but it was created for me. I have very few pet peeves. I get justifiably angry about things but seldom irrationaly. This? If I'm being honest with myself this has probably progressed into irrational. I can get incandesantly upset about how friggin many people get lioness tails wrong.

Lets lay the groundwork. Lioness have poofs, as demonstrated above. Male lions have tufts, looks like a chunk of mane at the end. Likened to flames or paintbrushes. And almost universaly lioness get drawn with one of these too. Disney sends their animators reef diving so they've all actually seen one before they work on Nemo, but gets tails wrong for four friggin Lion King movies.

Tufted lioness, in my mind, are Herms in the litteral if not common sense of the word, an indevidual displaying both male and female sexual characteristics.

So remember, POOF dangit. =.=
