Zephrix
A wind god and second youngest among his brothers. He is kind and caring, but also very stoic, with a smile from him being rare. He is also very quick to anger when either himself or others are being manipulated or mistreated and can be very frightening. His stares causing most troublemakers to back off and leave him or other people alone. Part of him wishes he could do more for mortals and will help when he can but understands his father’s rule with leaving mortals to their own devices.
As a wind god, Zephrix has complete and total control of wind, able to create a powerful hurricane with the flick of his wrist. However, he is limited in his physical body to prevent destroying it. Despite his wings, he can only really fly when manipulating wind to lift himself up.

changing his backstory for story purposes. instead of being a wind god he's now a talented wind mage, born with a uncommon mutation that makes his appearance very draconic. This kind of mutation is usually seen as a sign of a ruler, so he's been of very high social standing since birth. This, along with his bright green scales and ability to use magic, makes those around him believe he's a child of the green star (basically a god). All of this meant that Zephrix has lived a life of luxury. Despite this, he gives himself no leeway and faces an overwhelming pressure to live up to the expectations of everyone around him. Even the smallest of failures can cause him great distress.

The art and design of the character is by  punkdrake when I saw him I decided that I wanted him right away. He's part of the story setting I have in mind for future projects. I'll focus on fleshing him out before thinking of designing any of the other characters.
