This poem was written for the aforementioned english teacher who told me to write "New Friend" and "New Place."
It was her birthday that day and earlier that month when it was my birthday, I jokingly asked what she would be
getting me. Well, in turn she asked the same of me, and this being my token by that time, I wrote her a poem.
She had her classroom upstairs so that's why it's called "Lady Upstairs"
