Here's my first Submission to FA, Woo! Finally! Go me! etc, etc... Anyway, Kaylan Tiger is an OC of mine for a story concept/ series I've been working on since my school days called "Meuyo Lunacy". He's a very energetic cub who is highly competitive, and somewhat quick to anger. He is gifted with the power of Blue Moonlight, a source of energy he possesses from the radioactive twin moons of the planet he's from, and he can use it to enhance his natural abilities. With enough Blue Moonlight, he can unleash special attacks like Cyan Claw, or Bio Blast to overwhelm his opponents and foes. He dreams of becoming a Meuyo Peacemaker, which are like defenders of the planet he's from, and though he shows potential, he still has quite a ways to go before becoming a proper Meuyo.
