This is really well done. The anatomy looks good, the transitioning is solid, just maybe experiment a little more with emotion on some of the panels.
The only crit I have is the color change on the skin as it transitions to the dragon scale, it... seemed like it was going on a tour of the rainbow. Keep it up.
