Alright, so I'm slowly coming along with this. Lost my tablet pen for a couple days cause I have this habit of taking it with me when I leave the comp. I was in my jacket >.> We don't ask questions.

Any the only reason this is up as it's current state is because I'm in a bit of a jam with this picture. You see, I had this idea of what to place under the clown, a plain blocky border thing that would be under the smoke that will encircle him. But I tossed that idea was it was plain and boring. NOW, I'm trying to figure out what the hell to fill the background with, mainly the bottom bit without altering his position. ... I'm open for suggestions so I can complete this picture.

Besides that I still need to finish up several things.
