Raised by his single father, the two of them traveled all around Sinaxtrion together. Meeting mostly friendly faces, with the occasional thief looking to make their off the radar lifestyle his own by stealing their wealthy belongings and ending their lives. Father and son fought side by side as one and protected their burdens. Drifter knew his father couldn't keep this up forever, as he was getting fairly old. When Drifter was 27 his father passed away from an illness he had carried with him for years. Drifter fought back his tears and respectfully buried his father, along with all of their belongings, including his own name. Drifter vowed to not carry along any burdens from here on out. Making one small exception for a bracelet his father made him from materials they collected on their journey. Drifter decided it was all he needed, and if he should need anything else, he would craft it himself from the earth around him. It would reduce his worth to thieves as well.
