Well, I don't drive manual but I have heard of gear sticks sticking when you're driving.
So, what did he do to the gearstick?

Ahh, the Sprinter.
Fun fact, these are known for spraying Diesel all over the engine bay and smoking like a twat at the slightest sign of hard work.. Also.. the switch gear will occasionally fall off, the radio's will vanish into the dashboard and the floor mats are biodegradable...
And my guess.. KY on the knob ....

XD Thank you for catching that! It is actually supposed to be that way as it's based on the UK Mercedes ambulances that way in any car in front of it can read "Ambulance" correctly in their rear view mirror. =)
