Finally got a reference sheet down for another old character of mine, frequently seen alongside Cloudy.
While created a year or so after Cloudy, it’s also a design of mine that has stood the test of time and ended up pretty near and dear to me. The expressive, slitted eyes are actually part of his original design, I honestly don’t know why I stopped using them for a while.
His personality is a bit of a counter to Cloudy’s; while Cloudy is upbeat and bubbly, Fabi, while friendly, is a lot more chill and a tad bit snooty.
(Also he’s a Firebird, not technically a Phoenix but closely related)
