Is Duong a C.C.P. plant? The flag on her sleeve is Vietnamese, but the key card flag reminds me of the P.R.C., and she has a Han name.

That I am not too sure of! I know she is a character in a Sci-fi world, She is a part of the Vietnamese military and has a specialization in Xeno-linguistics (However you would say alien language) and is a pretty good combat engineer. Hah if the card reflects a design similar to the P.R.C. then that was just lucky or perhaps unlucky! IF Crzy wants to elaborate then I am down but regardless..

She's actually a mix, Chinese mother and Vietnamese father, hence the surname being Duong, probably shoulda gave that detail to Rel earlier!
