It is just a lame animation that I made for university. Not too sure if I am satisfied with it, so going to upload it now and then practice more on the anatomy as I feel that is one area that I really need to improve on before I can move on.
Hopefully it isn't *too* lame. (lol)
I apologise for the lack of a load button, but it will constantly loop in case it loads slowly at the start.

The walk to the classroom door was good. I liked the bounce in his step.
I thought the stretch could have been....uh stretched...out a bit but that is because when I do so my arms go straight up in the air and stay there for a few seconds.
Liked the detail on this animation. The spilled cereal was a nice touch. Not many people would have had him spill it.
The shivering looked a little to wobbly in my opinion but that is just my opinion after all.
The biggest thing is perspective if that is the right word. The direction the arm comes from to turn off the alarm clock made me think it was his left arm. That could be just me though.
The animation is not lame and you are not too bad on the anatomy I feel. The arms are a little small to me when he was walking to class. Either way I am not an artist and can only go off what I have observed.

Some good points about the stretch part. It was one of the hardest part of the animation to make it go up and then swing down looking natural rather than forced. You are right about it hanging up there for a second or so which I haven't thought about. Will keep in my mind for next time.
I agree with you about the shivering part. Tried to make it a bit more cartoony by making it exaggerated but not too sure if it really worked as intended or not. I didn't use any references for this, so should get some materials before hand to source.
Not too sure what you mean by the alarm clock bit? I had the character positioned in bed and reaching out for the alarm clock and hitting the snooze button.
Thanks for the helpful comments, I just need to practice more on the anatomy as mentioned in the comments and practice connecting the body together fluidly getting the proportions right.
RedFoz.

I was wrong on the perspective anyways. It is his right arm reaching out to hit the snooze button.
However it is his left arm that is close to the table next to the bed. I would assume the alarm clock is on that table though it is not seen. With nothing on the other side of the bed he would be reaching over himself to turn off the alarm. That is not seen in the shot but still relevant if you are looking at details.
You are pretty close in movement =] Like you said you only need to work on anatomy. Maybe not as much as you think though.
