Because the Flare-GTR or "Flare" for short has a corrupted AI computer and attacks anyone who gets on her nerves. for a vehicle she thinks everyone is pathetic and doesn't think they are worthy to drive her, all except for Dragina of course. She is also equipped with Dual GR Miniguns that come out of the rear compartment just behind the where the driver sits and a laser rumble shield that appears at the press of a button and forms where the blue lights on the bumper are at. With weapons like those and a major short temper makes her a machine best avoided. It is possible to reprogram her which is why they haven't tried to fix her.

AI programing in Razor Vehicles allow the driver to communicate with there vehicle and can develop plans in action. Some times this is helpful when the master needs to leave the machine alone and have it do something else, or when on the road the driver can concentrate on drive while the AI programing aims the weapons or activates useful equipment.
