Normally, Ryuko family are mainly nido base pokemon, and their regular evolution line. But in reality, the parents family members can be either or kind of pokemon, or even a Digimon. Ryuko father told her that his mother was a Renamon, which why he had some features from her side of the family. He told her that it a possibility that, Ryuko and her sisters can evolve into renamon as well. Ryuko didn't belive her dad at first, until she was moving some boxes at the store, and a randomly moon stone landed on her head. Instead of evolving into a Nidoqueen, Ryuko evolved into a renamon. However, instead of a regular renamon, she still have her nidorina colors, which making her a hybrid nidorena.
