I'm not sure if I heard you correctly, you said you sat outside in the heat and stirred it in hot water for a hour and a half? What kind ((if any)) dye packs did you use? Also, if I may ask, what kind of bucket/container did you dye it in :3

Yup i was out there for just about an hour and a half, though i started it at 8 pm and didnt finish until 9:30 pm. ^^; I used RIT dye dark brown. Just used really hot tap water, in a 5 gallon home depot bucket. It called for a cup of salt per 3 gallons of water i put a bit less salt and a bit more dye then it asked for. Let me tell ya it was not fun siting in the grass for that long, especially since im allergic to grass. lol XD

Yuppers, just be sure you soak it for really long if you want the color to be really dark/bright in the color you want. :)

I might have to do this for mine as I don't want to use two different feeling furs as it seems DF don't have a rusty fox color like CR does. :(
