I saw this when I went to the mall with my mom. She took another way to get there and I saw this water tower. When we got closer I took a few pictures of it and I was glad because I only see it from far away.

What state is this in?

The name reminded me of the place I my sister has a holiday home in here in Ireland. Called Waterford, so I'd almost bet this place is named after it.

Well I'm not sure if there's much here. A lot of places close down and I heard Detroit is called the worse place to live in.
