tesral wanted another Red Shetland through history. This time I have Red involved with the legend of Blenda. A Swedish woman who lead an armed revolt of women against Danish warriors around 750 AD. The women literally massacred them in their sleep after wining, dining and seducing them.

Blenda and her female army are now the stuff of legend, to where even the king of Sweden was so impressed, he granted the women both political and social rights and the right to wear the Royal coat of arms on their clothing. Blenda is still recognized as a national hero in Sweden.

Plus it was a good excuse to draw up Red in a different outfit.
