Yes this is derived from the digimon 'Renamon' but he was thought up on SL then moved into a story that I am currently typing up. So true I used Digimon but I wanted mine to have a better back story than just being in the digital world.
Also w/ his alterations that occur in the story, like his 9-tails, he doesn't even call himself "a renamon" or "a digimon", in the story he is an unknown being that some may call "a demon".
