I'm thinking along the lines of:
"PANTS? I'M A PAYING CUSTOMER, I DON'T NEED PANTS!"
Or
"What are these 'clothes' you speak of?"

A few things this has helped me realize:
-I need to learn bone structures of animals
-I need to learn how to draw scales convincingly
-I need to make things seem less plain by either shading or draw a random background for the viewers to focus on and less on my craptacular abilities
-Which in turn means I have to learn how to shade properly
