LHK has way too much fun with his drawings. Poor Dexter, transformed into a female version of himself. He really should be careful with those experiments, or at least keep Dee Dee out of the lab. Background, like all the backgrounds I do for anything, is from the actual cartoon. I took the color for Dextra's outfit from the one where Dexter's brain shut down an Dee Dee put him in a dress (also where Dexter kissed the butt of a duck). Houses were from where the camera panned the street outside Dexter's and Dee Dee's house. I only used the screenshots I took from the show (I had streamed it) for reference. Sure, it would have been easy to just paste the art into the background, but that seems to be cheating in my book, an I don't cheat.
