I wanted to make a whole brand new ref sheet for Tommy instead of just redrawing his previous one xD
Hopefully this can clear any confusion people have had with him, in terms of his color palette and hopefully this will settle the everlasting debate over whether the wristbands are part of his fur or not 😂
