As I've said on Discord. they had the most diplomatic resolution already. Teo had his wife Helena back plus a family was on the verge of forming with their unborn child so he'd no longer have a reason to pursue revenge and they have the swords. Teo would have a family and Seth would continue to rule unchallenged. Everyone wins. The gods had the best possible outcome in the palm of their hands... then Sekhmet crushed it because she couldn't let the slap go and Sobek made it worse by killing him.
