Yeah...as you can see up there I went into a bit more of a description than I usually do, but that's because I really like this character and she's relatively obscure. I really liked Series 2, aka seasons 5 &6, aka the Metararex Saga, of Sonic X. (If anyone knows a place where I can download the Japanese version with English subs please link me) Compared to almost any other character created for the anime Cosmo was the most developed and well written, and her interactions with the rest of the cast were the most comfortable too. The series had a bad habit of only developing subplots halfway and shoving them in the background (Knuckles x Rouge, Topaz x Tanaka, Topaz x Rouge, Vector x Vanilla, Chris x Helen, and even Amy x Sonic) but Cosmo and Tails formed a deep bond that only made it more tragic when Tails was the one forced to fire the gun that destroyed her. For these reasons and others I believe that Sonic X series 2 (taken as a standalone removed from the first 52 episodes) is almost as good as the classic SATAM series, if the comic book based itself off this instead of staying in station square it might have lasted more than 40 issues.
