In addition to a new ref, I have written up a little more about Bouncer's backstory.

Personality: Calm, wise, introverted, generous. Generally laid back, but likes cleanliness. Technically intelligent, not always emotionally intelligent. Tries to be understanding, but is occasionally critical of younger generations and holds antiquated ideas. In other words, he's a little bit of a boomer. Just a bit.
Occupation: Former nightclub security guard, former engineer, current commercial pilot

Bouncer had an average, though somewhat lonely childhood. The son of a naval officer, he lived in many different places and knew not to keep many close friends for fear of getting too attached. Instead, he spent a lot of time reading. He was a quiet nerd, and had an avid interest in math and science, especially physics. He always loved planes and flying.
Bouncer got his nickname from working in a well-known nightclub as a security guard during his last few years of college. He was uncharacteristically serious about the job, which led to his friends teasing him about it, and the nickname of “Bouncer” stuck.
After college, Bouncer spent a decade working as an engineer for several high end tech companies. Despite the great pay, he found himself hating the jobs, and at age 34, decided to change his direction and enroll in flight school. There, he found his true passion. He mostly worked for small airlines, and also flies small planes recreationally. Thanks to saving the money from his past lucrative jobs, he lives comfortably, and loves to share his wealth with others.
