This is a character for a cartoon idea I may actually try pitching sometime in the distant future (cuz I like the pain of rejection!). But anyway, she's sort of the secondary bad guy, though not really evil, just very focused on her goal X3. I'm pretty happy with this pic, except her pose which is really weak, but thats my own fault for coloring without using a sketch. The armor texture was a total fluke using some splattery painting, then the watercolor filter in photoshop. Try it, it's ridiculously easy! XD
