Background: StrikeWelder is a D-Con Special Op agent. In the wake of the war, he was sent to go undercover in a Ship Building Facility to find out possible information of Autobot activity or alliance. It was there he created a temporary persona known as just Welder, who wanted to start fresh just after leaving a terrorist group. It was there he befriended Copperbeat, a worker who apparently lived most of her life amongst the factory workers including the leader, Bossbot. The plan was then that he' would befriend the fembot gaining her trust and possibly the trust from Bossbot, despite having to put up with 'Beat's annoying habits to climb on him.

After long deca cycles of under cover work and close calls from Copperbeat, he had discovered and confirmed that Autobots had affiliated with Bossbot's factory for the protection of his workers in exchange for ships and air transportation along with a few other chain factories. Once reported, he was given orders to bow up said factories. Welder, unknowingly, hesitated before igniting the chain explosives that blew up all affiliated factories towards the Autobots.

After finishing the job, he returned to base with a odd habit of deep thinking to himself.
