Business is business and Ludolf doesn't like his underlings screwing things up. Somethings are just easier without the hassle of paperwork and having to give out severance packages.. as if the boss would even give one such a blessing. No no too much hassle. Easier to just lay off in his own way for those very stupid demons surely. Thankfully he can depend- or atleast can make him be- on his secretary to help! Likely cause scared though of ending up on the chopping block..
