Don't worry he'll be in diapers or be diapers sometime down the line. Always wanted a fluff dragon, look at how cute he is and I adore those puffy ears. Despite having wings he can only fly for short distances, but his spikey helmet and shell give him a very durable defense against attacks. Much like others he had an unwelcoming encounter with Pampaku, after being countless times, he eventually discovered his icy breathe now has diaper themed properties to it. So now he's capable of Diaper breathe to turn others into diapers. He also other dragonlike benefits such being immune to his element Ice, being strong, and he's capable of turning others into diapers for his own enjoyment. He dislikes being a diaper, but has no qualms of wearing others. His fluffy fur also makes quite soft and fluffy. His diaper breathe can be pretty itimidating like Mercury's, but like his. The victim needs to be injured enough for the breathe to take an effect, but if they are a diapercritter, he has no issues flattening and folding them into diapers for himself. As much as he detests Pampaku, he is glad of the diaper power he ended up with.
Just like with most dragons, they're very strong and prideful. This dragon loves nothing more than teasing weaker to somewhat strong diaper victims. He also gets really angry if anyone makes fun of him for not being able to fly, but he makes up for it with his speed

This fluff dragon is bare for now, but i'll get him into some crinkly situations with my characters or have him humiliate others who mock his pride.
