Rick-n-Ropes who would like to see a reimagined Eternal with a potbelly, so Eternal didn´t hesitate to shift his shape as requested^^... aged for 20 years and more pudgy and plump, Rick called it "cheesecake-belly"

We've seen feral Eternal looking a lot plumper when he's consumed large amounts of cheese and like Rick he does make for a big beautiful man. I'm sure he'd still be just as capable of getting in and out of bondage, though with him looking rather cuddly I imagine in this situation he might be in peril of his captors repeatedly giving him light pokes in the belly and reducing him to squeaky giggles.
