I really do like this picture, both the shot and the experience that came with it. I actually gave this to my Pop Pop (grandpa for those who are not familliar with me) for his birthday. The story behind this one was that I was sitting against this tiny tree that sits out on a er... what do you call it... penninsula... in the lake in DePauw's nature park, watching the Bank Swallows dance across the surface of the water, skimming the air for yummy bugs, and these two just landed on the branch for a break, pretty as pie. I just love it when things like that happen, because it is so beautiful and pure, like nothing at all the people could ever even attempt to create.
