Usually when people think lizardman, they picture them to be green, but in the monster manuals it says they can range from green, gray or brown. So I thought "hmm a brown lizardman, that might look interesting" and so I painted him brown with a gator skin cloak behind him. Turned out quite well I think, specaly with the gloss makeing him look wet and shiny.
